The House passed the CLARITY Act (H.R. 3633) last year, which doesn’t protect consumers, doesn’t close money laundering loopholes, and does nothing to stop the biggest threat of all: Trump’s crypto-fueled bribery machine.
The Clarity Act is now being negotiated in the Senate, after the Senate Banking Committee advanced the bill with a bipartisan 15-9 vote, championed by Chairman Tim Scott. The bill must now be reconciled with a parallel digital assets bill from the Senate Agriculture Committee before a full Senate floor vote.
Go here to take quick action telling your Senators to oppose any version of the bill that does not protect consumers, close money laundering loopholes, and shuts down Trump’s crypto bribery machine that has raked in $2.3 billion for him and his family to date.
